Worked example
Anna refers Ben. Ben buys a 1,000.00 ZVP package. Anna owns a package and has 1 paid direct (Ben), so Level 1 is unlocked and she receives 200.00 ZVP (20%).
Later, Ben refers Chloe, who also buys a 1,000.00 ZVP package. Ben receives 200.00 ZVP at Level 1. Chloe is on Anna's Level 2.
Anna receives 100.00 ZVP (10%) only if she has 2 paid directs at the moment Chloe buys. If she has only 1, that amount is not paid to her and is not passed further up. Unlocking Level 2 later does not pay it retroactively.
